Halogen-free flame retardant carbonizing agent
FR501 is an environmentally friendly halogen-free carbon forming agent; It can be combined and coordinated with APP and MCA. It has no obvious melting point, but it starts to soften at 250℃ and decomposes at 290℃. It fully complies with the EU ROHS environmental directive and relevant domestic policies and regulations on flame retardant materials halogen free, low smoke, green environmental protection requirements. Applied to PP materials, when used with APP, 20%-30% can be added to reach 1.6mmV-0, and it has the advantages of no water slippery extrusion process, no obvious ammonia smell during processingand, no corrosion of molds.
