The new CaCO3-PVC floor is the essential skid resistance,anti-friction .In order to save more cost and increase the performance, we developed the SPC flooring Extruder.
Total Production process:
1. PVC powder and CaCO3 with additives mix together by mixer
2. Extruding PVC flooring or PVC imitation marble with conical twin-screw sheet extrusion line SWSD5-110Z
3. Crushing the waste sheet into pcs with crusher for recycling use
4. Mill the waste sheet and pieces into powder by milling machine for Re-extrusion.
5. If flooring, can also choose UV coating line for strengthening the product surface and multi-side saw for cutting into small pieces.
