Automatic magnetic separator
The material is uniformly fed to the belt by the electromagnetic vibration feeder. After the material enters the magnetic field area with the belt running, the non-magnetic material is affected by centrifugal force and gravity and falls down in a natural track, while the ferromagnetic impurities and weak magnetic impurities are absorbed on the surface of the magnetic roller, deviating from the track of the non-magnetic material, and they move backward with the belt running. It falls off the belt after leaving the magnetic field area of the roller. Nonmagnetic materials and ferromagnetic impurities are separated by a shunt plate. It can effectively absorb fine ferromagnetic pollutants and weak oxides in powder and granular non-magnetic materials, so that magnetic and non-magnetic materials can be separated automatically, and iron filings can be removed automatically to realize automatic continuous production.
