The color-mixing nozzle is the static mixer designed by our company, which is installed in the nozzle of the injecting molding machine, so as to mix the plastic melt flowing through this nozzle evenly, improve the technique and enhance the product quality. It is mainly applied in the following fields 1. making the plastic melt homogenize, avoiding the pigmentosa and colored patches, and increasing the surface glossiness and micro smoothness of the products 2. making the race (toner and color master) scatter evenly, saving the using amount of the race, eliminating the pigment texture and aberration, and determines the standard for color blending; 3. eliminating the deformation caused by the uneven temperature as well as the decreasing of the general intensity of the plastic part caused by the overheating and degradation; 4 reducing the melting time, back pressure, and machine wearing, increasing the productivity; 5 reducing the total cost of materia by adding recycled material.
