Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) is the industrial-grade air pollution control equipment that uses high temperatures to combust and decompose volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into CO2 and water vapor, purifying waste gas and reaching emission standards.
The operating temperatures of the combustion chamber can be maintained, and the energy consumption used for gas heating can be substantially reduced by utilizing the heat accumulation, and the heat released by thermal oxidation. The plant can become self-sufficient without requiring any fuel when waste gas concentration reaches a certain level, which can realize the lowest RTO running cost.
For the treatment of waste gas with higher concentration, the excess heat can also be recovered to reduce the production and operating cost of enterprises.
Emission Standard 30mg/m3
Heat Recovery 95%
Treatment Efficiency 99.7%
Excess Heat Recovery: Hot Water, Hot Air, Hot Oil, Steam
Almost all types of VOCs emissions can be treated.
