The GreenMax Styrofoam Compactor/Densifier independently developed by Intco can compress PS foams to 1/50 and 1/90 of their original volume. It is thus contributing to recycling networks on a global scale, by helping more than 400 recycling stations in over 50 countries boost recycling efficiency, and reduce operating costs. Intco aims to realize the high-value recycling of plastics and build up models of the circular economy, using the cutting-edge technologies of plastics recycling and recycled plastic development. Our signature products include foam compactors/densifiers, recycled plastic particles, environmental frame moulding, environmental frames, environmental skirting lines, ceiling moulding and other interior and exterior decorative materials, which are widely sold in more than 120 countries and regions. In 2020, Intco promptly launched a 50,000t/a recycling project of food-grade PET beverage bottles at its manufacturing site in Malaysia. High-purity sorting, bottle-to-bottle cleaning, high-performance impurity removal and other technologies are used to produce r-PET fiber-grade and bottle-grade granules, r-PET flakes, and various thermoformed products. All these products are extensively applied to the food-grade plastic packaging industry (drinking bottles, tableware, beverage bottles, etc.), the textile industry (clothing, shoes, bags and suitcases), and the automobile industry, among others. As an environmentally and socially responsible company, Intco has the capacity to recycle and reuse 100,000 tons of EPS foam, and 50,000 tons of PET bottles to food-grade PET plastics. Till now, Intco has reduced carbon emissions by 2.5 million tons, saved 3.75 million tons of crude oil, and 25 million trees had been saved. In the future, Intco will expand its EPS foam capacity to 300,000 tons per year, PET regeneration capacity to 1 million tons per year, focusing on the advantages of whole industry chain of plastic reduction, recycle and reuse. It will also enlarge its plastic family by expanding its business horizontally to PE, PP, HDPE.
